Demand for speedy justice with the deceased and bringing the culprit to justice: Maulana Hamid Mohammad Khan.

A delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Telangana led by Ameer-e-Halqa Maulana Hamid Mohammad Khan visited the families of the victims of the rape and murder in Moinabad yesterday and offered condolences and financial assistance. He also visited the concerned police station and demanded strict action against the culprits. It should be noted that the incident was initially described as suicide but the local people and media revealed the truth of the incident. Madhu Yadav, a brutal man, had been exploiting poor Muslim girls for some time, taking advantage of their economic hardships and then allegedly killing an innocent girl after he had sexually assaulted her. Maulana Hamid Mohammad Khan, appealed to the government, police and administration to use the Narbhaya Act against the culprits and take stern action against the perpetrators of this heinous crime. Justice should be done to the poor Muslim family and such incidents could be avoided in the future. He demanded that the affected family, who are living a life of extreme depression, be given immediate X-gratia and a double bedroom house be given to the deceased’s sister, who is currently in a state of shock condition. A job to be provide to one person from the family of the deceased. The convict should be punished while prosecuting in a fast track court and other culprits involved in the incident should also be brought to the fore.
