There is no deed dearer in the sight of Allah than sacrifice on the day of Eid-ul-Adha.
Eid-ul-Adha is currently being celebrated all over the world under difficult circumstances. In his press statement on this occasion, Maulana Hamid Mohammad Khan, Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Telangana, sincerely congratulated all Muslims on the occasion of Eid and said that Qurbani is the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) and is a great act of worship. It is also a great source to seek Allah’s pleasure. In the sight of Allah, there is no deed that is more beloved than sacrifice in the days of Eid, so all those who can afford it should offer it. Maulana Hamid Mohammad Khan expressed the belief that inshallah this Eid will prove to be blessed for the muslim ummah, the country and the whole world. He further said that in the current situation of the country and the world, this Eid-ul-Adha sends a message to all Muslims that they should not limit it to mere animal sacrifice but should always be ready to sacrifice everything for Islam. This spirit of sacrifice will in fact give new life to the Ummah and through it they will be able to cope with all kinds of situations. On this occasion, Maulana wished all Muslims to take special care of cleanliness and hygiene while sacrificing animals and not to create any difficulties for the neighbors and passers-by so that the true image of Islam is presented to the people. Amir-e-Halqa prayed that Allah Almighty grant the Hajj pilgrims the honor of acceptance of their deeds and grant them the status of Hajj Mabroor and And may Allah accept the deeds and prayers and act of sacrifice of Muslims all over the Islamic world. And may Allah end this pandemic with His special grace.
